What is Functional Training?
Functional Training is all about helping you to do whatever it is you need to do to function effectively. This could be about helping you in your daily life (walk or run better, or regain mobility or balance), or it could be to help build your fitness, flexibility, strength and agility to help you excel in your chosen sport.
I design programmes which use planned and varied functional activities fitting your needs and abilities to achieve your personal health and fitness goals.
Starting with a full assessment of your current situation the plan will gradually achieve the range of movement that you would like to achieve. Our work together can take place anywhere – at your own home, outside in the open air or at my base. The plan will gradually bring the results you’re wanting to achieve.
